- Major service failure: If a technical issue on our side prevents access to the paid service for an extended period.

Credit Restoration
If Saturn Return AI consumes credits because of a verified platform error, failed AI response, or interrupted request, we may restore credits instead of issuing a cash refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Credits that have already been successfully used.
- Requests based only on dissatisfaction with astrology or AI interpretation.
- Incorrect birth details entered by the user.
- Change of mind after the paid service has been delivered.
- Issues caused by third-party connectivity, browser settings, or unsupported use.
How to Request Help
Email us within 14 days of the purchase or issue. Include your account email, order ID or payment reference, approximate time of the issue, and a short description of what happened.
We usually review refund and credit restoration requests within 5 to 10 business days.
